Story at Milla's
On a quiet night, a girl in pink sips a cup of coffee, looking at a picture on the wall. The coffee in her hand gives off a slight warmth.“You also like the painting?”
The girl turns her head to see the source of this gentle voice. Also gazing at the picture, a man wearing blue asks,”What do you feel about it?”
“It has a sense of outburst, I suppose.”
“Are you familiar with the work?”
“Sort of,” she says with a smile, “I met the painter, who is a friend of the owner, in this café.”
“Um, it seems you are a frequenter of Mila’s.”
“Yeah, we regard it as our second-home in Changchun, just like our dorms in college. We often hold parties or chat with each other here. Sometimes, they hold funny games. Take today’s party as an example, blue boys invite pink girls on a date……”
After an embarrassing silence, the man changes the topic, “I think the tastes of the cocktails here are pretty good here, who is the bartender at this café?”
“Mila herself is the bartender. Actually, she became an expert through her self-study. Also, she puts her whole heart into running this café, so you may find many surprises hiding in every corner.
Really? That’s cool……”
A happy cheer comes from the inside room. It seems that already each Pink and Blue has become friends.
“They are playing Beer-pong probably.”
“What, what’s Beer-pong?”
“It’s a one of the classic games in Mila’s, like playing ping-pong, but not the same……you can join them and learn how to play if you want. ”
“OK, yeah……so how about you? I mean do you want to join in?”
She smiles, “If you asked, why not?”
