The Drei Kronen, a micro-brewery tied to German franchisers, has an outdoor area. To get to the restaurant, you must look out for it. The place is screened by pine trees. Watch for the bus stop shelter, behind which you should be able to see the restaurant. If you look up, you will see the big yellow sign, complete with Percherons and a beer keg wagon.

From the owners of Grampa's comes the Thai Curry House. Located just around the corner, it has the similar food, but in a different environment. It has a lovely beer garden out the back. For those who need a break from the Grandpa's environment, but still want the food.

From the moment you walk in, the place feels authentic. The entrance hall to the place is stuffed with antiques and historic memorabilia from almost all corners of the globe. After walking in, your greeted by a great, well stocked bar you'd find back home.
